• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before the start of the tour.

• Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or any other payment methods specified on our website.

• Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen factors such as currency fluctuations, fuel costs, or changes in government regulations.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the tour start date will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the tour package and cancellation policies.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified time-frame or for no-shows.

• In the event of trip cancellation by MD Explore Paradise due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Travel Documentation

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and other required documentation before the tour.

• Fro MD Explore Paradise Tour and Travel will not be liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal injury, accidents, loss of personal belongings, and other potential risks.

• Fro MD Explore Paradise is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during the trip.

6. Health and Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and fit for travel. Any medical conditions should be disclosed to us before the trip.

• MD Explorers Paradise Tour and Travel is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during the trip.

• We follow all necessary safety measures and guidelines, but travelers must also exercise caution and follow instructions provided by the tour guides.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MD Explorers Paradise Tour and Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transportation, etc.) and is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by these third parties.

• We are not responsible for any losses due to theft, accidents, or other personal incidents during the trip.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through  MD Explorers Paradise.

8. Conduct During Tours

• Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during the trip. Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of local laws may result in the traveler being removed from the tour, without any refund.
