Travel Consultant
As a Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility will involve offering expert advice to clients to assist them in selecting appropriate travel choices based on their individual requirements. This encompasses overseeing every aspect of travel arrangements, encompassing ticketing, lodging, and conveyance. You will also provide travellers with essential information and functional materials to facilitate their journeys.
A Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification (preferably in Tourism or a related field)
A minimum of 1-4 years of prior experience in Travel Consultation (B2C)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable excellence in sales and a customer-centric approach
Proficient understanding of both domestic and international destinations (either or both)
Proven track record of organizing comprehensive travel packages, including tickets, accommodations, and transportation
Familiarity with online and offline travel service providers
Familiarities with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Amadeus or Galileo, and basic Visa knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
