Team Leader

We  are seeking a meticulous individual to join our team in the role of  Travel Manager. The responsibilities of this position encompass  optimizing our travel operations, coordinating travel arrangements via  phone or email, offering guidance on travel logistics, and compiling  budget reports. Additionally, this role involves motivating and guiding a  team of Travel Consultants to excel in their roles through exceptional  coaching, training, development opportunities, and recognition of  achievements.

• Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification (preferably in Tourism or a related field)

• Demonstrated leadership experience spanning 4-6 years (Business-to-Consumer)

• Strong communication and written skills

• Proven expertise in travel sales and operations

• Demonstrated ability to drive outstanding business results through effective leadership, both at the individual and team levels

• Proficiency in devising and implementing innovative business solutions to foster business growth

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and positive business outcomes
